📝 Ingredients: 2 eggs 20 ml vegetable oil 30 ml milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 36 g cake flour (low-protein flour) 25 g granulated sugar 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
Filling: 100 g Whipking Cream (or any whipping cream brand) 150 ml cold water . Coating: 100 g dark chocolate 20 ml vegetable oil . Instructions: 1. Beat the egg whites, granulated sugar, and cream of tartar with a mixer until they reach medium peaks. Set aside. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until combined. Sift in the cake flour and mix until smooth. 3. Add a small portion of the meringue to the yolk mixture and gently mix until just combined. 4. Pour the yolk mixture back into the remaining meringue. Fold gently with a spatula until fully incorporated. 5. Pipe the batter onto a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 25–30 minutes.
