Mango pattern cake

it’s a mango season, so let’s make the cutest mango cake!🥭

pattern) ingredients: 15g unsalted butter 15g powdered sugar 15g egg whites 15g cake flour food colouring

steps: — mix all ingredients, add colouring, and pour to a piping bag. — prepare the printed pattern, place it on top of your baking pan, and trace it — store it in the fridge for at least ± 30mins

(cake) ingredients: 4 eggs 70g caster sugar 80ml milk 80ml oil 80g cake flour/lo-protein flour

steps: — separate the egg whites and yolks. set the egg whites aside. mix the yolks, milk, oil thoroughly. — sift in the flour, mix again with whisk. — beat the egg whites in medium speed while gradually adding the caster sugar until stiff peak to form the meringue — pour a bit of the meringue mixture into the yolk, mix well. then pour them back into the meringue. — fold until evenly mixed using spatula. be careful to not overmix it. — divide the batter into two, pour each into a 20x20cm pan & bake at 160C for 15 minutes. — once the cake is done, wait for it to cool down then add filling & put the other cake on top. — store in the fridge for 30 minutes & cut the cake into 9 pieces.
