who loves labubu? 🌝 i was had no idea on which character i should make for my next recipe. then this labubu pizza come to me in red note / xiaohongshu 😆
From my kitchen to yours
📝pizza dough: 100g high gluten flour 150g all purpose flour 10g sugar 3g instant yeast 1g salt 135g milk 10g olive oil food colouring (optional)
toppings: pizza sauce mozzarella cheese pepperoni beef floss mayonaisse
steps: 1. dough: mix all ingredients with a mixer thoroughly and until elastic. divide into several parts and give them food coloring as shown in the video. 2. rest the pizza dough for ± 1 hour or double in size. then punch the air out and shape them. (tips: brush with water to stick 2 dough together) 3. spread mayo all over the surface, then sprinkle lots of meatfloss. don’t forget to put your toppings too. 4. using a preheated oven, bake it in 200C for 20mins. cover the face with aluminum foil to keep it from changing color. 5. enjoy!
